I presumed they were still in there!

No, news was moved out of studio 3 years ago, not long after they stopped using studio 2 for Telethon phone rooms. Studio 3 is just full of rubbish now. Studio 3 was always too small because part of the studio space was removed to make the control room.

Holy Crap, New Graphics! Suprisingly don't like the opener that much. Probably too much colour. Everything else i've seen so far is good though. :)

Still a mix of the blue loop and the live shot.

The ended the bulletin with the live shot and the freeway was visible - looked great. If they just zoom out the shot a bit so central park is in Rick's shot and Bank West is in Sue's it would be fine.

Nice encapsulation. I missed all the TV news last night. Just needed the weather and it would be complete.
Now, what do you do with the remaining 26 minutes, or 20 minutes without ads.

Sorry, I cut the weather because it goes on for too long... I'll try and bring you the weather myself... :P

Well it was a lovely day in our city today. We reached a maximum of 29.0 at 12:41pm and overnight it got down to 16.5 just before 6am, which is really 7am if we had Daylight Saving.

On the satellite a high pressure system is moving south of the state and is expected to remain stationary in the bight as a low pressure trough forms along the west coast.

Interstate it'll be 34 tomorrow in Sydney and nobody gives a rats about the other cities so I won't bother reading them.

Boating information... A strong wind warning is current. S/SW winds 15/20 knots reaching 20/30 knots north of Mandurah. Winds easing to S/SE winds 15/20 knots near midnight. Seas to 2.0m and a swell to 1.5m.

So to the forecast for Perth tomorrow it'll be sunny with moderate to fresh E'ly winds, shifting fresh S/SW in the afternoon. Overnight it'll get down to 17 and tomorrow we can expect a maximum of 33.

Looking ahead and it's warming up toward the middle of the week... 36 on Tuesday, 38 on Wednesday, very hot and 39 on Thursday and a scortching 41 next Sunday.

Don't think so, because I could see some personal comments included! :P

Anyway - Seven Weather is brought to us by Cartman, quoting the weather so we don't have to watch it (hey, this could be a great feature for new site - Cartman quoting the weather word by word each day for us)!

Yeah! Cartman should launch this in his own topic!
