Yes... That's really annoying the hell out of me. There isn't even any logic to it either... At first I thought they were using the blue background for the more serious stories and the live shot for the lighter stories, but the other night they had a story about a murder with the live shot and then a story about the Winter Olympics with the blue background. I don't quite get their reasoning.

The tickets are in a private box for six and the prize includes dinner and refreshments in the box.
Make sure you watch HOME AND AWAY this Friday (5 March) to see if your name is announced. If it is, ring 9344 0777 within 30 minutes to claim your prize.

Never bothered to unsubscribe. Plus it's nice to look over every so often to see what's going on

You know me, I couldn't stay quiet when I see something like that. I sent a reply telling them not to misuse this service to send spam ever again, and especially not with a news flash heading.
They don't take complaints by email so I doubt they'll do anything... if they do it again I'll mail a letter

Yes, I saw that a couple of weeks ago. I was wondering what we were looking at behind the new afternoon news set.

It's a bit odd having News Exchange out in the open like that. Normally it's in another room due to the noise associated with monitoring feeds / constant talkback chatter etc. I suppose it is still away from the main newsroom area though... All in all, it's a very impressive facility. Much better than Seven at Martin Place.
