STW9 has 3 studios. Although I can't see them having 2 studio crew's rostered on at 6pm to do 2 live bulletins simultaneously. However I also can't see them pre-recording WIN News either, but I suppose it's possible.
I'd put money on them moving WIN News to 5:30pm, so they can use the same studio and crew. They'd just have to have an early off air time of at least 5:56 to allow for turn-around time for NNN.
If that were to happen, I can’t see it going down well with their studio crew!

Yes, I was going to comment on that myself!
That train looks distinctively like a Sydney to Wollongong Tangara to me! In fact, if you squint hard enough, you can almost make out the "Wollongong" sign on the station platform.

I don't know, it's the first time I've noticed it. I'd assume it's only been since WIN's move from NEW10 to STW9 because unlike Ten, Nine actually have studio facilities that WIN can use.

You're probably right. I've notice a shit load more STW full-screen graphics during Perth-based reports now.

I just noticed that. WIN have replaced the super logo with some plain blue one. The weather one is what they all looked like. In this picture you can just see the original one underneath. Good eyes, Moe.

Why in the world would they ditch Ten News in favour of the low rating STW News now?
This was always bound to happen because WIN owns STW, but surely they have the brains to see that they have more chance with Ten News over STW News at the moment

Yep, weird timing indeed. What worries me is it looks like WIN News will still come from Wollongong. So there will be 2 news bulletins produced from the same building but filmed at 2 different studios on the opposite sides of the country. None of it makes sense.
