Yeah I don't understand why they have him presenting sitting down, but without a desk. Looks wrong. :ermm:

It only looks wrong because you are not used to it.....I think it's great that they have had the balls to do something different! Not like 9 & 7 who just copy each other!! :helpsmilie:

Does the plasma on the left just say Ten Sport during the whole bulletin? Looks kind of odd when you're showing a backdrop of a major car crash. :dontknow:

Agreed. And yes, it does only have the Ten Sport logo on it apart from when the sports presenter is there, then it obviously has the graphics for the relevant story being introduced.

It's usually just some Sydney reporter who does the updates until Bill takes over.

Well whoever it was absolutely sucks. If the other networks can have the presenter's doing updates during the day, why can't Ten? :dontknow:

Since when was the weekend editions of Ten News and Sports Tonight both combined together into 1 half hour?

Dunno, but I did notice this a few weeks ago after a footy game. It works better because it follows the standard TV news format everyone is used to.

Only done to work better around footy scheduling, Sydney still gets a full 1 hour.

Are they still producing a separate weekend bulletin for WA?

How does that work though? It's still on at 5pm and it's not like the footy starts at 5:30. The footy is on at 6:30 so why shorten the news and ST into 30 minutes? :dontknow:

Yeah, it was still a local news and ST taylored to Perth news and sporting events.

Then they slot in Before the Game. Which is better than the way they used to do it by having BTG on after the game. <_<
