Live News Cameras is a News Corp. site offering free, live streaming video from their own Fox Stations in the states, as well as others from NBC etc. There's also a world section.

It's a pretty good site. They even have a moderator who tells you which feeds to click to see a live news bulletin or news event.

Does the moderator (her name is Mya) actually say anything?

Well after 4 minutes of her saying nothing I got pretty bored and logged off. :ermm:

She was advising of an upcoming broadcast on one of the channels, and also advised how to email the people behind the site.

Interesting idea for a website. Some great channels to choose from :)

I have never seen this woman before. They usually change shifts every 3 hours or so and there's usually a blonde woman on at this time - I like her, mainly because she'll forget to turn the mic off when one of her colleagues comes and sits beside her and they have their little chats.

I hope this Mya woman is going to be a regular moderator - she is rather boring.

Yeah, yeah... It took me a couple of seconds to actually spot my mistake after you pointed it out.

She is talking a lot more now that I've had a whinge about her. Still not as good as some of the other mods they have.

 "We're here from you" instead of "We're here for you". And now she's coughing.

I guess this brings new meaning to reality television :P

I already love this website... I now have access to some channels I've always wanted to see. Thanks for the link

No worries. Only problem is - it can get addictive - especially when you have a really good, chatty moderator.

She must have her mic muted now. I can't hear anything and she's been talking for the last couple of minutes. Can hear everything else fine so I think she turned it off and forgot to turn it back on :P

How delayed is it?

Edit: LOL I see now. Nevermind :)

Why bother having it in there if it's the same feed over and over again?

Yep, it's a loop. Terry Willesee was on this morning. It's John Mangos and Jacinta Tynan presenting at the moment. :)

Holy crap, I decided to send an email just saying "Hello from Australia" (you know how the Americans always like that) and to keep up the good work and literally within 30 seconds the woman on camera (her name is Kat Bockli) said hello to me on camera and sent a reply to the email straight after that. Wasn't expecting that! No wonder they always sit there typing away frantically :)

If you pay attention to whoever is on as moderator, you can find out when a certain stations live feeds come online. There's currently a live feed going from the FOX LA helicopter where you can see whatever footage they're shooting and hear the reporter's conversation with whoever he's talking to back at the station.

Excellent website! I wish our stations had the balls to put their feeds up on the site :)

Nice bars and tone on FOX News 1. Looks like the output of an SNG truck.

I noticed earlier that there were some firemen walking around the office/studio (whatever that is) and someone in the background just said that if anyone wants to leave for fresh air then they should.

Looks like they're making their own news :P

She is bloody quick to respond to emails!

You are very observant! I think it was a false alarm...but nevertheless fun to watch firefighters behind me for viewers I bet.

Í love it! Every day I must spend an hour or so just watching. It is quite a unique experience with all the interaction between users and the moderator.

Another thing the site has in its favour is the fact that the "big 4" broadcast networks in the states are represented with feeds from various affiliates around the country.
